Refund Policy

At LFE Trainings, we strive to provide quality training and excellent service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request a refund for courses or services.

Eligibility for Refunds
There will not be any refunds for those who have taken recordings(Previous Class or Current Class)
Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:
Written notice of cancellation is received within the first 5 days of commencement of the course

Refund Timelines

Full refund(excluding GST) if cancellation is made 5 days after the start of the course.
No refund for cancellations on or after 5 days of the course start date.
Refunds are only provided with in 10 days after the cancellation is accepted
How to Request a Refund
Submit a written request via email to support@lfetrainings.com
Include your full name, course name, payment receipt, and reason for cancellation.
Refund requests will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed. Any applicable transaction fees may be deducted.
