At LFE Trainings, we strive to provide quality training and excellent service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request a refund for courses or services.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:
Written notice of cancellation is received within the first 5 days of commencement of the course and No Refund will be given if you have taken recordings only.
Refund Timelines
Full refund will be given if cancellation is made with in first 5 days of the start of the course(deducting 18% GST).
No refund for cancellations on or after 5 days of the course start date. No Refund will be given if you have taken recordings only.
Refunds are only provided with in 10 days after the cancellation is accepted
How to Request a Refund
Submit a written request via email to support@lfetrainings.com
Include your full name, course name, payment receipt, and reason for cancellation.
Refund requests will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed. Any applicable transaction fees may be deducted.
